Zack Korn manages digital advertising for brands and Realtors on BuzzBuzzHome, North America's largest listing of all new construction homes. He's formerly worked in condo sales centres and behind the scenes in Toronto real estate. As an experienced marketer and salesperson, he understands what incentives buyers, Realtors and developers respond to.
He's passionate about the real estate industry because of its impact on human happiness and quality of life. His interest in how the real estate market works started early, being raised by a real estate lawyer and an architect.
In my interview with Zack, we discuss how to come out ahead when buying a pre-construction condo, ways to protect yourself as a buyer and purchasing a condo as an investment.

Chantel Chapman is a Millennial Money and Credit Score Expert with a background in the mortgage industry. She was a mortgage broker for over a decade and has been teaching financial literacy for 10 years.
Chantel is the founder of W-T-Finances, financial literacy and advice for millennials looking to get their money right. W-T-Finances is backed by science-based research in addiction and behaviour to explore how consumerism and mental health are linked to money problems.
I recently had the honour of being featured in the cover story of Toronto Life magazine. The story “the Young Buyers Club” was on millennials who managed to buy a house in Toronto before age 30. When I read the article something seemed off. While there were a couple female homebuyers who owned properties with their male partners, there weren’t any single female homebuyers featured in the article. I’m not the only one who noticed. Chantel noticed, too. So after exchanging a few messages on Instagram, we decided to record a podcast episode to encourage single females to buy homes.
In my interview with Chantel, we discuss buying a home as a single female, closing the gender pay gap and the steps of purchasing a home on your own.
